Tubular heating elements fulfill the requirements of the norm PN-EN 60335-1:1999/A2:2001. Heaters Equipment Factory possesses also safety certificates: domestic "B" and international "CB" to the production of heating elements.

Dimensions of heating elements

Heating elements length from 300 to 3500 mm.
Tolerance, in the straight option, standard 1,5%, it can be much more improved according to customer specification.

Diameter of the heating elements:
  • ø 6,4 mm
  • ø 8 mm

Tolerance of the diameter dimension 0,05 mm.

 

Selection and usage of the tubular heating element

In order to make the optimal offer for heating element we kindly ask you to inform us about the following features of the heating element:

  • type of assignment and application
  • working environment (air, type of fluid)
  • required temperature
  • permissible size
  • rated voltage
  • rated power
  • length of the dead zone
  • electric terminals
  • type of clamping

Maximum working temperature of the sheath.

  • steel alloy Incoloy 800 - max 800 ºC
  • steel alloy AISI 321 - max 650 ºC
  • chromium steel - max 600 ºC
  • carbon steel - max 400 ºC
  • copper, brass - max 250 ºC
  • aluminum - max 300 ºC
